THERMEC’2018 REGISTRATION FEE (Euros)

**Invitation Letter Hard Copy on THERMEC Letter head required for applying for EU Visa, delivered by DHL courier to your nominated address:  €50

*** Limited to 4 additional pages only (Manuscripts over 10 pages will not be accepted and will not be included in MSF periodical)

Registration fee includes:

• Reception drinks/snack on Sunday, July 8  
• Four lunches during the conference, Monday to Thursday
• Morning/afternoon coffee/tea during the conference, Monday to Friday
• Conference Dinner ( not included for Student registrations)
• Publication of submitted manuscript in Trans Tech Publications journal
• THERMEC2018 Conference Proceedings

Please proceed to your personal space after logging in and click on my registration. Alternately, you can access the Registration Form from the Regitration menu on the top.

How to pay the fees:

(a) BY CREDIT CARD (VISA or MASTERCARD): for on line registration only

(b) BY DIRECT BANK TRANSFER (Electronic Transfer): an additional €20 must be added to the registration fee amount to cover for additional bank fees.

      *If transferring funds electronically to THERMEC account in France, you MUST scan the receipt you get from your bank, save it in pdf and email it to us at thermec2018-secretary@mat.ensmp.fr in order for us to link your payment with your name.  We MUST RECEIVE THE BANK RECEIPT FROM YOU PLEASE NOTE OTHERWISE WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE INDENTIFYING YOUR FUNDS. Over 1250 delegates are expected and we must have details of your bank transfer.

       NO COST FOR OFFICIAL THERMEC INVITATION LETTER BY EMAIL SENT ON REQUEST, ONLY ONCE, TO ANY REGISETRED PARTICIPANT FOR VISA APPLICATION

REGISTER SOON IN ORDER TO RECEIVE  INVITATION LETTER FOR  French VISA: From some countries (PR China, India, Russia, Brazil, Mexico, Singapore, Thailand, Cuba, Argentina, Chile,Turkey, Israel, Mongolia, Iceland  and Indonesia)  it may take 3  to 4 months to process  your Visa application by the French Consulate/Embassies in your country and the participants from those  countries are requested to register and pay registration  fee  as soon as possible, before Jan26, 2018,  so that we can send you the official  invitation letter to come to THERMEC2018.

Presenting Author must be registered and have paid the registration fee before January 26,2018.

• Delegate: is any participant from academic, non-academic institutions, industry, and industrial or government research labs, who is not an author.

• Full time students are undergraduate or postgraduate students, EXCLUDING Post Docs (a Student ID must be produced at the registration desk in Paris).

• POST DOCs must pay full author registration fee which is €890 by January 26,2018..

For COLD SPRAY SYMPOSIUM on MONDAY July 9, 2018

- one day registration fee:  

*   Before January 26,2018:           €350

** After January 26, 2018:               €550

• A distinct canary coloured name tag will be issued at the registration desk in Paris
• the One day Fee is valid for participation to the COLD SPRAY TOPIC sessions only, planned on July 9, 2018
• FOR PARTICIPATION FOR MORE THAN ONE DAY AT THERMEC’2018, A FULL CONFERENCE FEE WILL APPLY and the balance to the full fee must be paid at the conference desk

-          One day fee includes: reception snack /drinks, morning/afternoon coffee, lunch on Monday, final conference program, publication of manuscript in TTP journal, Symposium Proceedings

If a participant attending the one day COLD SPRAY Symposium WISHES TO ATTEND THE REST OF THERMEC 2018 beyond July 9^th, the participant is required to pay the full THERMEC2018 registration fee at the registration desk and collect a NEW NAME TAG to allow them entry to the conference Hall. At THERMEC2018 all participants must have correct tags displayed at all times due to strict security reasons. Your appropriate tag will be used to gain access to the venue at Cite des Sciences location, between 7:30 and 20:00. WE REQUEST ALL PARTICIPANTS TO COOPERATE WITH US IN THIS SECURITY MEASURES at THERMEC2018.

THERMEC2018 Gala Dinner/Award Ceremony on July11, 2018, between 19:30 and 23:00

All participants are requested to bring their Dinner ticket given to you at registration desk, which will be collected at the table by the staff.  Kindly wear THERMEC2018 name tag, to be checked by the security staff and get entry to the Dinner Hall. (Students participants, please note: gala dinner is not included in your registration charges)

CANCELLATION & REFUND:

All cancellations must be notified in writing via email to reach Prof R. Shabadi, Program Vice-Chair, at infothermec2018@univ-lille1.fr.

Cancellation notification before March4, 2018, 17:00hrs Paris time incurs a €500 cancellation fee.

Cancellation notification after March4, 2018 but before March17, 2018, incurs a €650 cancellation fee.

After March 17, 2018, there will be no refund.

The refund amount will be sent only after THERMEC2018 concludes in Paris on July 14, 2018. The refund will be credited by Direct Bank Electronic Transfer, the refund will be done in the same way within 15 days after THERMEC2018 in Paris.
